Sharing a meal is the easiest way to break the ice and check in on someone you care about.

The recipe for connection:
1. Setup - set the scene by creating a welcoming table with personal, thoughtful touches.

2. The main course - sharing food creates the opportunity to strengthen connections and conversation at the table.

3. Ask - when you notice someone acting differently, ask, “are you ok?”

Asking this question, whether it’s a family member, friend, partner, or colleague, can make someone feel genuinely supported and cared for.
