Andrea brings extensive senior executive experience with deep policy expertise across a range of areas including executive remuneration, performance management, organizational design and governance. Professionally, Andrea’s experience includes being appointed the Head of Corporate Services at BirdLife Australia, Director of Human Resources at Arts Centre Melbourne and she has held various HR leadership roles in leading international financial services and resources companies in both the United Kingdom and Australia.
Andrea has held a range of board and advisory committee roles throughout her career, including, Chair of the Emerging Writers’ Festival, member of the Audit & Risk Committee at BirdLife Australia, Chair of Future Foundations Ltd and member of the Broome Visitor Centre Board.
She is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), a member of the UK Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and the Australian Human Resource Institute (AHRI). Andrea holds a postgraduate qualification in personnel management from the London School of Economics and a BA (Hons) in Social Sciences from Sheffield Hallam University.
