Ingredients

Serves 2 people
  • Water or coconut water – 2 cups
  • Leafy greens – 1/3 cups
  • Cucumber – 1/3 cup
  • Carrot – 1/2 medium
  • Mandarin, peeled and seeds removed – 1 whole
  • Ginger – 1 tablespoon
  • Mixed seeds (hemp/flax/chia) – 2 tablespoons
  • Slice of lemon, with skin on – 1 slice

Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
