Ingredients

Serves 5 people
  • Mandarin, segmented – 125 grams
  • Pineapple, cut into 1cm dices – 150 grams
  • Strawberries, top removed – 250 grams
  • Honeydew, cut into 1cm dices – 200 grams
  • Grapes – 200 grams
  • Passionfruit pulp, canned – 100 grams
  • Kiwifruit, sliced – 200 grams
  • Watermelon, cut into 1cm dices – 400 grams

Method
  1. Prepare all the fruits as listed.
  2. Pour the passionfruit pulp over the top and combine together in a bowl.
  3. Gently, portion into containers or bowls. Serve chilled.
