Fruit kebabs

A fun snack for morning or afternoon tea.

Ingredients

Serves 6 people
  • Oranges – 1 whole
  • Strawberries – 6
  • Kiwifruits – 2
  • Melons – 1/4
  • Wooden paddle pop sticks – 6
  • Yoghurt – 250 grams

Method
  1. Peel oranges and cut into cubes.
  2. Rinse strawberries, remove stalks and cut in half.
  3. Peel kiwifruits and cut into quarters.
  4. Remove skin from melon and cut into cubes.
  5. Arrange fruit on a platter and thread pieces onto wooden paddle pop sticks.
  6. Serve with yoghurt for dipping.

Recipe tips

  • For a milk free option, serve with soy yoghurt or rice milk custard instead of yoghurt.
