n 2022, National Nutrition Foundation, credited as Nutrition Australia at the time, contributed to advocacy through the National Nutrition Network for Early Childhood Education and Care (NNN-ECEC) calling for more equitable food and nutrition support across Australia.
The Network’s policy brief, Achieving Equality and Equity in the Provision of Food and Nutrition Support in Early Childhood Education and Care Settings, highlighted significant differences in the availability and accessibility of nutrition programs, services, training and resources between jurisdictions.
