shopping tips

Bulk buy vegetables of your choice such as; carrots, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, celery or capsicum and chop them at the beginning of the week.

Take advantage of buying seasonal fruit and vegetables to help save money on your groceries.

Consider adding in dips like hummus or tzatziki. They can help to liven up your kids lunch. Keep them in small, leak-proof containers.
