Love what you eat

This National Nutrition Week (13 to 19 October), we’re inviting Australians to celebrate the joy of food from shopping and preparing to cooking and sharing.

When we truly love what we eat, meals become more than just fuel. They become delicious, balanced, and mindful moments that nourish our bodies and bring joy to others. Food is a way of connecting, a chance to laugh, share, and make memories with the people we care about most.

Eating well doesn’t have to feel like a chore. In fact, it can be one of life’s greatest pleasures. By making small, mindful choices, we can create meals that not only taste amazing but also support our health and wellbeing.

To help embrace this theme, we have launched our free Healthy Eating Hub with a range of practical resources that are now live and ready to explore.

Explore the love what you eat resources

To help you bring more joy, balance, and ease into everyday eating, we’ve created a range of practical resources that are now live and ready to explore:

These resources are here to inspire you to see food in a new light, not just as nourishment, but as something to savour and celebrate.

Share how you love what you eat

This National Nutrition Week, we’d love to see how you love what you eat. Share your own story showing how you love what you eat whether it’s:

  • Cooking up your favourite recipe
  • Setting a beautiful dining table
  • Growing your own veggies

Post on your socials and tag us @nationalnutritionfoundation to spread the love!

Let’s celebrate

Together, let’s celebrate the joy of food! Whether big or small, every moment spent enjoying, sharing, or creating meals is a way to love what you eat. Join the conversation, inspire others, and make this National Nutrition Week a delicious celebration for all.
