The FreshSNAP team provides free consultation and support services to Western Australian schools to empower teachers, canteens, students, and caregivers to create nutritious food and drink environments. With close to 30 years of collective expertise, the team includes nutrition and teaching experts, health promotion professionals and skilled project managers. With experience in a range of industries, including local government, childhood injury prevention, sport and recreation, mental health and education and training, the collective hands-on experience of the team provides the gold standard of knowledge, service and support.
Our team is passionate and dedicated to empowering the entire school community to adopt and implement a whole of school approach to create a culture and environment that not only supports nutritious food and drink environments but enables all Western Australian children and adolescents to reach their full potential.
