NATIONAL NUTRITION FOUNDATION – PACK IT TO POWER COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS (VICTORIA)
1. Promoter
1.1. The promoter is National Nutrition Foundation Ltd. (ABN: 29 767 398 718) of Level 1/41-43 Stewart St, Richmond VIC 3121 (“Promoter”).

2. Acceptance
2.1. Entry into this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
3. Competition type
3.1. This competition is a game of chance random draw.
3.2. The draw will be conducted so each valid entry has a random and equal chance of winning.
4. Competition period
4.1. Opens: 15th April 2026, 9:00am AEST
4.2. Closes: 16th April, 11:59pm AEST (“Closing Date”).
4.3. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
5. Eligibility
5.1. Entry is open to residents of Victoria of all ages. Entrants under 18 years of age must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter this competition and to claim any prize.
5.2. Ineligible: employees, contractors, board members, immediate family of the Promoter and any competition suppliers/partners (and their immediate families).
5.3. The Promoter may require proof of eligibility (age, residency, etc.). If not provided, entry may be deemed invalid.
5.4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the age of entrants and to request proof of parent or legal guardian consent for entrants under 18. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification.
6. How to enter
6.1. To enter the Competition, an eligible parent or legal guardian must, during the Competition Period, scan the QR code displayed at the National Nutrition Foundation activation at the Little Food Festival in Melbourne, complete the online entry form with all required details, and submit the entry in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
6.2. The Promoter will not charge an entry fee.
6.3. Limit on entries: A maximum of one entry is permitted per eligible child. Where a parent or legal guardian has more than one eligible child, they may submit one entry on behalf of each child.
6.4. Entries must be the entrant’s own and not automated, generated, or submitted using scripts/bots.
6.5. For entrants under 18, entry must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian or with their explicit consent. Where required, the Promoter may contact the parent or legal guardian to verify consent prior to accepting the entry or awarding a prize.
6.6. The Promoter will only collect personal information necessary to administer the competition. Where the entrant is under 18, personal information must be provided by or with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
7. Prize(s)
7.1. Prize details: National Nutrition Foundation merchandise pack (2x Bento boxes, apron, sticker sheet, tote bag, 2x cutlery sets) valued at $229.75
7.2. Total prize pool value: $229.75.
7.3. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash unless required by law.
7.4. The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from winning. Independent financial advice is recommended.
8. Winner selection
8.1. Game of chance (random draw)
8.2. Draw date/time: 20th April 2026, 10:00am AEST
8.3. Electronic draw conducted by random number generator from all valid entries received, at Level 1/41-43 Stewart St, Richmond VIC 3121, supervised by Jana Mather, Head of Marketing and Communications.
8.4. Entrants do not need to be present at the draw.
9. Winner notification and publication
• Winners will be notified in writing via email within 3 business days of the draw/judging.
9.1. Winner announcement:
9.1.1. Winners’ first initial and surname will be published at: https://nationalnutritionfoundation.org.au/
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize by 5 pm AEST on 4th May 2026, the Promoter may conduct a redraw/award to a reserve winner on 6th May 2026 by electronic draw conducted by random number generator at Level 1/41-43 Stewart St, Richmond VIC 3121, subject to law.
10. Prize claim and delivery
10.1. Winners must claim the prize by 5pm AEST on 4th May 2026 following notification.
10.2. Prizes will be provided within 28 days of the draw/judging (unless otherwise stated for a specific prize).
10.3. Winners must not be required to incur a cost to accept a prize (other than a trivial cost, if any, which must be clearly stated).
11. Verification and disqualification
11.1. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:
(a) tampers with the entry process,
(b) submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms, or
(c) engages in misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent conduct.
The Promoter may require proof of identity and eligibility before awarding a prize.
12. Changes, delays, and cancellation
12.1. The Promoter may only vary these Terms or cancel the competition to the extent permitted by law and where circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control make it necessary.
12.2. If the competition is cancelled, the Promoter will publish an update at https://nationalnutritionfoundation.org.au/ and, if applicable, take reasonable steps to notify entrants.
13. Prize substitutions
13.1. The Promoter will not substitute a prize unless:
(a) the winner agrees in writing, and
(b) the substituted prize is of equal or greater value (or as otherwise required by law).
14. Liability
14.1. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
14.2. Subject to clause 14.1, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from:
(a) late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries,
(b) technical disruptions or website/platform issues,
(c) theft, unauthorised access, or third-party interference,
(d) acceptance and/or use of a prize.
14.3. If a prize is supplied by a third party, the prize is subject to the third party’s terms and conditions. The Promoter is not responsible for the supplier’s acts/omissions.
15. Privacy and personal information
15.1. The Promoter collects personal information to administer the competition, contact winners, and deliver prizes.
15.2. The Promoter may disclose entrant information to service providers assisting with the competition (e.g., IT, fulfilment) and prize suppliers for delivery purposes.
15.3. Personal information collected in connection with this Competition will be used by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the Competition, including verifying entries, contacting entrants and awarding the prize. If an entrant elects to receive marketing communications from the Promoter by selecting the optional opt-in box on the online entry form, the Promoter may also use the entrant’s personal information to send news, updates, campaign information, program information, fundraising communications and other marketing communications from the Promoter.
15.4. Marketing communications will only be sent where the entrant has expressly opted in by selecting the marketing consent box on the online entry form. Entrants are not required to opt in to marketing in order to enter the Competition. Entrants who opt in may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in the communication or by contacting the Promoter using the contact details set out in these Terms and Conditions.
15.5. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy is available at: https://nationalnutritionfoundation.org.au/privacy/. It contains information about how to access/correct personal information and how to complain. By entering, entrants confirm they have read and understood the above privacy notice.
16. Record keeping
16.1. The Promoter will keep records relating to the competition (entries, prize distribution, and relevant financial records) for 3 years after finalisation.
17. Consent where promoting another entity
17.1. If the competition promotes the trade/business of another person/entity, the Promoter confirms it has that entity’s prior written consent.
18. Governing law
18.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
